New regulations have recently come into effect new rules regarding the use of the digital tachograph. Siak Sistemi intends to carry out free checks of the tachograph data archive for its clients.
The new regulations have amended the regulation (EC) No. 561/2006 concerning the minimum obligations regarding maximum daily and weekly driving times, minimum breaks, and daily and weekly rest periods. The regulation (EU) No. 165/2014 has also been amended regarding the placement of tachographs on transport vehicles.
TACHOGRAPH DATA ARCHIVE CHECK
In light of the changes that have occurred, it is important to verify the data archiving and downloading systems provided to companies. In particular, it is important to verify the suitability of these systems in relation to the obligations arising from the law.
